By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service

General Terms

If you wish to commission me please reach out through my discord or twitter Dm's as I am not fully active else where

I will NOT do
>Mechs
>Heavy Nsfw
>NFT's
>Adult x Minor Ship art of ANY kind

Payment is Upfront or after the first sketch through PayPal.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason and I do not need to explain why I did not accept it.

All prices are a general basepoint and may slightly raise base on complexity

Updates, Edits, and ETA'S

All questions regarding this information will be answered and or directed here

Updates
>Updates will be sent through out the process (ex. Sketch, flat colors)
>When I start your commission you will get an automated message letting you know I have started.

Edits
>You may request major edits during the sketching phase, but not after
>After the final screenshot has been sent you may request light edit's such as color adjustments.
>I'm very open to communication so any edits you ask for can be accommodated but if I ever feel uncomfortable I can refuse to add such edit.

ETA'S
>Commissions can take anywhere from one to four weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
>Any png tubers may take up to Two months.
>Please note that the time estimate is from when I start your commission not when it is accepted.

Copyright and General use

Copyrights>I, as the artist, retain all copyrights over all commissioned work.
>I am allowed to post the final drawings to my social media and add it to my portfolio.
>If you do not want your commission posted or added to my portfolio please discuss with me.
>If you have any questions please let me know I'm happy to answer any.

General usage
The commissioner is allowed to:
>Use the artwork for personal use.
>Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including live streaming and videos.
>You do not have to tag me every time you post the artwork (although I'd appreciate it!), but please make sure my credits are easily accessible.
>You are allowed to use my art for, Business cards, logos, banners, and other base promotional items.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
>Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, ie. making money off it in any way. (not including live streams or videos)
>Claim the artwork as their own.
>Alter the artwork without my consent
>remove my watermark in any way shape or form.

Refund Policy

Refunds
>If cancelation is before I start the commission then you are eligible for a refund.
>A full refund will be offered if I am ever unable to complete your commission
You will not be refunded if
>You cancel your commission after I start.
>If you start asking inappropriate and personal questions/ requests. (to which I will refuse your service)
